Go to My Orders, find the order, and click "Open dispute." Do not confirm delivery if the account doesn't match the listing. See the dispute process for details.
How long does seller verification take?
Usually 1–2 business days after you submit your application. You'll receive a notification once it's reviewed.
I forgot my password.
Go to Forgot password and enter your email. We'll send you a reset link.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Go to your Wallet and submit a withdrawal request. Requests are reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days.
