Fair question, and you should ask it before trusting anyone with your money. Yes: ZenLootX is a real business, registered with the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) as ZENLOOTX ONLINE SHOP with nationwide scope, under Business Name No. 8247950.
You don't have to take our word for it. You can view our DTI certificate, or check it yourself: go to the DTI's official Business Name Search and type the exact name ZENLOOTX ONLINE SHOP. A valid registration will come up.
Registration is one layer of safety. The bigger one is escrow: your payment is held until you confirm the account is real, so a bad deal can't just take your money and disappear.
Your payment doesn't go straight to the seller. We hold it until you've logged into the account and checked that everything matches the listing. Once you confirm, the seller gets paid. If you don't respond, payment is released automatically after 72 hours.
Don't confirm the order. Open a dispute instead. Our team reviews the evidence from both sides and makes a fair call: a full refund to you, or payment released to the seller. Your money stays protected the whole time.
ZenShield is optional reclaim protection you can add at checkout for 3% of the price. Normal escrow protection ends the moment you confirm delivery — ZenShield keeps you covered for 7 more days after the order completes. If the account gets reclaimed in that window, report it, and once verified you get the full listing price back. It's recommended on accounts that include the original email. Without ZenShield, always check the account thoroughly before you confirm.
Every seller verifies their ID before they can list anything. Ratings come only from real, completed sales, so they can't be faked or bought. What you see is a seller's actual track record.

Buying is free. Sellers pay a 3% fee on each completed sale, taken out of the sale amount. It covers escrow and dispute support. Browsing and listing don't cost anything.
