Important: Do not confirm delivery if the account or items are not as described. Once you confirm, the payment is released and the order is marked complete. Open a dispute before confirming if there is a problem.

When to open a dispute

  • The account details don't match what was listed (wrong AR, missing characters, different server, etc.).
  • The seller delivered the wrong items or an incomplete order.
  • The seller never delivered within the required window.
  • The account was recovered by the original owner after delivery.
  • The listing description was materially misleading or false.

How the dispute process works

1

Open a dispute

Go to your Orders page, find the order, and click "Open dispute." Describe the issue clearly and attach screenshots or evidence. Do not change account passwords or alter any details before the dispute is resolved.

2

Seller responds

The seller is notified and given a window to respond with their side of the story and any supporting evidence. Both sides are heard — we do not make decisions without giving the seller a chance to reply.

3

ZenLootX reviews

Our team reviews the listing, the evidence from both sides, chat history, and delivery records. We compare what was promised in the listing against what was delivered. This is a human review — not automated.

4

Decision is made

We issue a final decision: either a full or partial refund to the buyer, or payment release to the seller. Both parties are notified. Our decision is final for that order.

Possible outcomes

Buyer refunded

The listing was misrepresented, delivery was incomplete, or the seller failed to deliver. Payment is returned to the buyer.

Seller paid

The delivery matched the listing and the dispute was found to be without merit. Escrow is released to the seller.

What we cannot help with

  • Disputes opened after the buyer already confirmed delivery.
  • Buyer's remorse — changing your mind after receiving a correct order.
  • Issues caused by the buyer (e.g. changing passwords and losing access).
  • Game bans or account restrictions that happen after a confirmed delivery.
