Find a listing

Browse verified listings across Genshin Impact, Mobile Legends, Valorant, and Wuthering Waves. Filter by game, listing type (account, items, top-up), price range, and seller rating. Every listing shows exactly what you're getting — screenshots, account details, and attributes are required before a listing goes live.

Pay into escrow

When you're ready to buy, your payment goes into ZenLootX escrow — not to the seller. The seller is notified and has a set window to deliver the account or items. Your money is held securely and cannot be touched by the seller until you confirm delivery.

Confirm delivery

Once the seller delivers, log in, check the account or items match the listing, and confirm. That releases the payment to the seller. If something is wrong — wrong account, missing items, misrepresented details — open a dispute instead. We review both sides and make a fair call.

Leave a review

After every completed order, both buyer and seller can leave a review. Ratings are tied to real, completed transactions — not self-reported. This keeps the marketplace honest and helps future buyers make informed decisions.

Common questions
What if the seller doesn't deliver?
If the seller misses the delivery window or never responds, the order is cancelled and your payment is refunded in full. You will never lose money to a non-delivering seller.
What if the account is different from the listing?
Don't confirm — open a dispute. Our team will review the listing details against what was delivered and decide whether to release the payment or issue a refund.
How are sellers verified?
Anyone can start selling, but sellers with a ✓ Verified badge have passed our government-ID check. Unverified sellers are limited to 3 active listings of ₱5,000 max each — and no seller, verified or not, can withdraw money from ZenLootX without completing ID verification first. Your payment is protected by escrow either way.
How long does escrow hold the money?
Escrow holds the payment until you confirm delivery or a dispute is resolved. If you don't confirm or dispute within 72 hours of the seller delivering, the payment is released to the seller automatically — so check your delivery promptly. Opening a dispute pauses the timer until our team makes a decision.
What is ZenShield?
ZenShield is optional reclaim protection you can add at checkout for 3% of the listing price. Normal escrow protection ends when you confirm delivery — ZenShield keeps you covered for 7 more days after the order completes. If the original owner reclaims the account within that window, report it, and once verified you get the full listing price refunded. It's recommended on listings where the original email is included.
I'm a seller — how does ZenShield affect me?
The buyer pays the 3%, not you. When a buyer adds ZenShield, your payout stays secured for 7 days after the order completes, then moves to your withdrawable balance automatically. Orders without ZenShield pay out as normal.
Why can't I mark my listing as delivered yet?
The "Mark as delivered" button stays locked until the buyer has messaged you in the order chat. This is a safety step that protects buyers: marking delivered starts the 72-hour auto-release countdown, so we make sure you and the buyer are actually in contact first. It stops anyone from rushing a delivery through on a buyer who hasn't even opened the conversation, and it means every trade has a real chat trail if a dispute ever comes up. Just reply to your buyer in Messages — once you've exchanged a few messages, the button turns active on your orders page and inside the chat.
